Build the FIFA World Cup 2026: New LEGO Partnership
In a perfect match for enthusiasts of LEGO® play and football alike, the LEGO Group is teaming up with the FIFA World Cup 2026™ to bring creativity and fun into the football world like never before, reaching fans of all ages around the globe.
Throughout 2026, the LEGO Group will continue to roll out new products and experiences, ensuring everyone can join the fun. From FIFA Fan Festivals to special tournament events, there will be plenty of opportunities for LEGO enthusiasts and football fans to build, play, and share in the excitement of the beautiful game.
Ahead of the tournament, the LEGO Group will unveil a special product portfolio in March celebrating football’s biggest stage.
The first announced products, created in collaboration with FIFA, are the iconic FIFA World Cup™ Official Trophy and the LEGO® Editions Football.
The impressive trophy is an official 1:1 detailed replica of world’s football ultimate prize, made of 2,842 LEGO pieces. Inside the set, there is the 2026 World Cup logo and an exclusive branded minifigure holding a miniature FIFA World Cup trophy toy, allowing fans to imagine themselves as winners.
A printed plaque underneath the base lists all the winning teams of the World Cup since 1974, adding a historical and collectable element to the set.
The trophy also utilises two different gold elements: drum-lacquered bricks and moulded gold pieces. This marks the first time this many gold-coloured pieces have been used in a single LEGO set.
Roberto Carlos, who won the FIFA World Cup for Brazil in 2002, said: > “This isn’t just about building a trophy; it’s about sharing the love of football with family and friends.”
Kick off your creativity with the LEGO® Editions Football (43019) building set, which contains 1,498 pieces packed with awesome details. It lets fans create an almost 1:1 LEGO football collectable based on the standard size-5 ball used in official games.
The set includes LEGO Technic™ elements to achieve a rounded shape. The outside of the ball features six stylish deco discs, while the inside reveals an exciting mini-stadium celebration scene waiting to be discovered.
New to the South African market
The LEGO® Editions FIFA World Cup™ Official Trophy and the LEGO® Editions Football are now available for pre-order at LEGO Certified Stores, with additional products opening for pre-order in March.
